The Event Carbon Calculator helps measure the carbon footprint generated from events such as conferences, seminars, weddings, exhibitions, festivals, corporate meetings, sports events, cultural programs, and public gatherings.
It estimates greenhouse gas emissions from electricity use, venue energy consumption, food and catering, guest travel, accommodation, decoration materials, waste generation, logistics, and event operations.
This calculator helps organizers plan greener events, reduce unnecessary emissions, manage waste responsibly, and offset the remaining carbon footprint through tree plantation and sustainability initiatives.

Calculate Your Event Carbon Footprint
Carbon footprint calculations are typically based on emissions generated during the event period, including pre-event preparation and post-event activities. If your event spans multiple days, you may calculate emissions for the complete duration of the event.

You can support carbon offset projects that tackle climate change and support environmental sustainability through plantation and climate action initiatives. Just click the “Offset” button after completing your calculation, and it will provide sustainable solutions to reduce and offset your event emissions.
Organizers will also receive a personalised e-Certificate recognising their sustainability efforts. If you fully offset your calculated event emissions, your event will be certified with a “NetZero Carbon Neutral Event Certificate” e-Certificate.
